Eero Saarinen and Alexander Girard’s mid-century modern masterpiece, the Miller House, is quietly nestled in the residential streets of Columbus, Indiana. That’s why it is so charming and mysterious — but it’s also why few outside the architecture community are aware of it.
So we and the Columbus Area Visitors Center got together to brand and promote an event that would reach a broader audience: Créche the Halls. Mrs. Xenia Miller had one of the most valuable and interesting collections of créches (miniature nativity scenes) in the world, which was to be publicly displayed in the house for the first time. Our event branding, inspired by the colors and patterns that decorate the house, helped sell out the event every night, and brought people from all over the region to experience and fall in love with the Miller House. Mrs. Miller, your créches are a hit.
