Most people change the channel during commercial breaks, but commercials have always been the best part of watching TV for Jordan. “For as long as I can remember, I’d watch commercials and analyze them,” he says.
As a kid, his favorites were the Jerry Seinfeld American Express commercials and the Michael Jordan Gatorade campaign. “I still get goosebumps when I watch it,” he adds. These days, he’s a big fan of the Old Spice Man.
Jordan puts this love of marketing to good use serving clients. He enjoys helping them tell their stories. “At Pivot, all of our brands have such great stories to tell,” he says. “I want to make sure we tell them well.”
Jordan graduated from Indiana University where he studied telecommunications and marketing. He says his dad brainwashed him into loving IU basketball, and he’s a self-identified nerd when it comes to pop culture. His favorite comic books and movies include Batman, The Flash, and anything related to Star Wars.
