In high school, Jenn briefly considered a career as a geneticist. “I was fascinated by the way people become combinations of their parents and grandparents,” says Jenn. Although she ultimately chose business over biology, there’s still a lot to be said for the way Jenn-etics have shaped who she is today. For example, Jenn’s 90-year-old grandmother Lois—who reads three books a week, was an actress in a radio show, worked as a flight instructor, and went back to school for a computer science degree in her 50s—has been a lifelong source of inspiration. “My grandma taught me you’re never too young or too old to try something,” says Jenn, who founded Pivot when she was 25.
Jenn leads the Pivot team in strategic planning and market research. Her attention to detail and commitment to strategy make her a trusted resource and adviser for our clients. She also serves on the boards of the Indianapolis Parks Foundation and Exodus Refugee Immigration.
